I watch a lot I mean A LOT of BBQ content on YouTube and such, and I always thought that those massive trays of BBQ HAVE to be so delicious. Then, I had one of those trays in front of me here at Roger that BBQ. It was everything I imagined it being, taste wise and presentation, and then some. The owner had some awesome young men working behind the scenes and you could tell they were eager to learn and to serve. As you can see in my photo, the inside is simple but sets the tone for a great BBQ dinner. Get here early! We got here an hour before it opened, and not 20 minutes after it opened it started getting BUSY. If you're looking for GOOD, REAL Texas BBQ Roger That BBQ will not disappoint. ”
